A group of men standing next to each other

Experienced physicians are invited to mentor students, residents and early-career physicians.

Mentors help the next generation of Black physicians navigate training and build their careers. If you are a practising or retired physician, we invite you to share your experience.

Mentors are matched with mentees based on interests and goals, and commitments are flexible.

To learn more, visit the Membership page or contact the BPC team.
